We accept exchanges or store credit only within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition (with tags/packaging).
We do not offer cash refunds at this time.
Email us at ascendrixwear1@gmail.com with your order number and reason for exchange.
We’ll send you return instructions.
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue store credit or ship out your requested exchange.
